No, Circle of Songs has satellite offices in the following cities: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Florida, Los Angeles, Memphis, Nashville, New York, Pacific, Northwest, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle, Texas, and Washington, D.C. Check the Contact section of our website for location updates.
Does Circle of Songs have a record label, booking agency or management firm?
No, Circle of Songs is strictly a career development organization for musicians. However, we do offer referrals to record labels, booking agents, and managers. Visit the Musicians Resource Center for listings of these businesses.
How do I get a job at Circle of Songs?

MEMBERSHIP
Who can join Circle of Songs?
Every musician is welcome to become a Circle of Songs Member. However, the Professional Membership has specific eligibility requirements.
Is there an age limit to become a Circle of Songs Member?
Yes, Circle of Songs requires Members to be 18 years or older. However, coming soon is the Up N' Comer Membership for Jr. High and High School Students.
How do I upgrade my membership to a Professional Member?
Network Members have the option of upgrading their membership by logging in to their Membership Account and clicking on the Professional Upgrade button. Please note that applying for an upgrade does not guarantee acceptance into the Professional Membership.
Can I downgrade my Professional Membership to the Network Membership?
Yes, Professional Members may downgrade their membership to the Network Membership by logging into their Membership Account and clicking on the Downgrade button. Please note that if you are only permitted to downgrade your membership on or after your Professional Membership renewal due date.

I am having trouble paying online. Can I pay for my services with a check?
Yes, please make checks payable to Circle of Songs and mail the payment to 1223 Wilshire Blvd #1610 Santa Monica, California 90403. When mailing a check please be sure to insert a note with your member name, membership number and the name of the service you're purchasing.

Does Circle of Songs offer any financial assistance?
Yes, under select circumstances Circle of Songs will provide Members with financial aid. If you see the need for financial assistance then please contact a Membership Director or the Membership Department at membership@circleofsongs.com.
PERFORMANCE
Does every Member get to perform on the showcases?
No, Circle of Songs only permits Professional Members to enroll in the performance programs but please note that purchasing a Professional Membership does not guarantee a performance.
Do your showcases only take place in California?
No, Circle of Songs showcases are hosted worldwide! To view the list of upcoming showcases visit the Performance Department of your Member Account.
Do record labels and other agents attend the showcases?
Yes, record label executives and industry affiliates attend Circle of Songs showcases.
Can a Circle of Songs Member host a showcase in their hometown?
Yes, Circle of Songs offers its Members a showcase affiliate program that gives them the opportunity to host showcases at a local venue in their hometown. To enroll in the program, Members must email the Membership Department at membership@circleofsongs.com to request a showcase affiliate packet, which includes instructions and a legal contract binding them to the program.

Is Shop For Songs an online music store?
Yes, Shop For Songs is as an online download music store that sells and licenses songs by Circle of Songs Professional Members. The store is the first-ever self-serve licensing library for film, TV and commercial broadcast music buyers.
Does Circle of Songs license music?
Yes, Circle of Songs works night and day licensing Professional Members' music. The Shop For Songs is one of the only 24/7 online music libraries that allows music buyers to purchase the license directly from the website.
How do I contact MAP?
Simply dial toll free (800) 827-0471 and speak directly with a MAP operator.
Does it cost additional fees to use the MAP service?
No, MAP is included in your annual membership fee.
Is there a limit to the number of calls a Member can make to MAP?
No, Members can call MAP as often as necessary. Please note that each call is recoded for quality assurance so please do not abuse the call-center otherwise your membership is subject to cancellation.
If MAP can't help me then whom do I contact?
Always contact your Membership Director when you're in need of assistance. Your Director's email address is listed in your Welcome Packet but if you do not have that information then call the Membership Department at (310) 458-7664 ex 1#.
